Surface wear resistance
According to BS EN 438-2/91 experiment, the physical and chemical board has strong surface abrasion resistance, especially suitable for high frequency and frequent cleaning.
The special surface structure and durability of the physicochemical plate make it excellent in marking. Even in high load applications, the sheet can keep its appearance for a long time.
Folding is easy to clean
The surface of the tight and non porous physical and chemical plate does not adsorb dust, that is to say, it can be cleaned easily. Because of its good chemical corrosion resistance, it can be cleaned with general cleaners or strong corrosive disinfectants as well as organic solvents. This has no effect on the color of the plate.
Folding resistance to chemical erosion
The physical and chemical plates have strong resistance to such organic solvents as acetone and xylene and similar substances. The plates are also resistant to disinfectants, chemical cleaners, fruit juice and dye erosion, and have no effect on the surface and performance.
Folding and moistureproof
Physical and chemical boards are not affected by the adverse effects of wet environment or weather, mildew and corrosion. Both special and thermosetting resins are used on both sides of the physicochemical plate and core material, so that the material is not affected by moisture. The dimensional stability and workability of the physical and chemical board are the same as those of hardwood.
The strengthened surface of homogeneous solid core and melamine resin gives the board exceptional impact resistance.
Folding fire resistance
Based on BS EN438-2/91, the surface of the physicochemical board is contacted with the burning butt without damage, and the sheet will not burn or peel off. All physical and chemical boards are similar to hardwood in disaster. They will not melt, drop or explode in fire, and will remain stable for a long time.
Folding and anti static
According to DIN 51953 and DIN 53482, the physical and chemical board is designed to be an anti-static material.
Folding anti radiation
Physical and chemical boards can not be crossed by X rays, so they are also used in the medical department.
Folding environment protection
Sheet materials can be disposed of or used as ordinary building materials and waste materials. If the industrial incinerator (temperature is greater than 720 degrees Celsius), it will not release any toxic and harmful gases, and it can also get energy again.
